A firm and very dense wine which begins to show its richness after two or three years in bottle, and will certainly benefit from further ageing. Complex, lengthy and with layers of interest. For the first ten years Chablis Grand Cru Bougros will benefit from decanting before serving.
All the Grand Cru vineyards are within the Chablis commune itself. Bougros is a very steep vineyard, which can only be worked by hand. |
