This is the first release from 'Circumstance' distillery, which is the sister-distillery to the 'Psychopomp' micro-distillery in Bristol.
This grain spirit is made from 100% malted barley and aged on charred oak spindles before resting in ex-bourbon oak cask. It is young, vibrant and malty with notes of green spice, stone fruits and citrus and umami.
It is smooth, delicious and quite, quite unique. |
