Alsace GEWURTZTRAMINER is the classic accompaniment to smoked salmon. You can see our selection (including a Chilean look alike!) here. Also enjoyable: dry sherry - especially MANZANILLA, or CHAMPAGNE. Good New World RIESLING or a German RIESLING KABINETT will also provide a good match.
