WINdrops are our 'thankyou' for customers coming to see us again!
One WINdrop is awarded for every complete £10 spent (excluding any delivery charge), £3 being reimbursed for every ten WINdrops awarded. Ten WINdrops and its multiples is the minimum quantity redeemable which can be credited off the total of any order placed on a subsequent date. We reserve the right to limit the maximum quantity per order to 55 WINdrops.
You may email us at any time to verify your balance. We in turn will generally email you with the number of WINdrops earned when we confirm the delivery details of each order.
Regular customers will know that we routinely cash WINdrops on orders for a dozen bottles or more without instruction, but if you'd rather save up for the future please tell us in the 'other information' section of the secure order page. Sometimes too the WINdrops get overlooked so a reminder never goes amiss!
Your WINdrop account is based on a combination of your Email address, name and home address on our secure order form. Do not forget to tell us of any changes.
Though we must reserve the right to make alterations to WINdrops at our discretion there is, subject to the reservation above, currently no limit either in time (though you will probably need to resurrect your WINdrop account if we have not heard from you for 11 months or more) or in quantity to the number of WINdrops that can be reimbursed.

WineDrop:
Spend £10 get 1 WINdrop - get nothing off.
